Farmstead Frontier
From 90s brick veneer to gracious farmstead, this Limestone Coast farmhouse is getting a new frontage. With its low ceilings and dark and hemmed in living spaces, the current house does not capitalise on its north facing orientation nor the charming panoramas over its paddock setting.
The new additions are laid out in two wings sitting symmetrically out from the front of the existing house. They accommodate the open plan kitchen, dining and family room on one side and the entertainment area on the other. The intent is to give what was a ho-hum house real farmstead presence.
